What is the AUHF Conference & AGM

Established as the African continent’s leading annual affordable housing gathering, the 39th annual African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF) Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place from Windhoek from 31 October – 02 November 2023.

As the only established event known to connect international, African and regional stakeholders to Africa’s fast evolving affordable housing sector, this year’s event will connect financing and development leaders from across the continent and internationally in Windhoek. This year’s event provides a platform for in-person attendees to network, access content and an opportunity to showcase opportunities to regional and international leaders invested in Affordable Housing. Join us in Cairo and virtually for this year’s Conference & AGM brought to you by the AUHF, sponsors and partners.

When and where will AUHF Virtual Conference & AGM 2023 take place?

The 38th annual African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF) Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at the Safari Hotel & Conference Centre, Windhoek, Namibia.  31 October – 02 November 2023

Yes, there are a range of ways in which you can participate – these include sponsorship, partnership, exhibits and speaking opportunities.

Where can I find the conference and speaker programmes?

The conference programme can be viewed under the Agenda tab, and a list of speakers is available under the speakers tab.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 Should you be unable to attend the event; a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no extra cost.

2 API Events has a ZERO REFUND POLICY.

3 API Events reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice, including the substitution; alterations or cancellation of speakers and/or topics as well as dates of the event.

4 API Events is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, postponement or cancellation of an event or for any loss whatsoever except where such loss arises as a result of gross negligence on the part of API Summit Events or cancelled as a result of the above.

5 Complimentary tickets are not transferable and are dispensed at the organizer’s discretion. A complimentary ticket cannot be used by a delegate already registered for the event. No refund will be given and the registered person will be held liable for full payment.

6 Registration fees are subject to currency fluctuations and can be fixed at an exchange rate as per at organisers discretion.

7 Payment of full delegate fee is due within 5 days of receipt of invoice, or immediately with registration if the booking is made within 2 weeks of the event. API Events reserves the right to refuse entry to the event should payment not be received prior to the event.

8 All rates need to be paid before the rate expires otherwise you will be subjected to paying the standard rate or late rate.

9 As a registered attendee your names, job title and company name will be displayed on the delegate list which will be provided in the following ways:

 

9.1 Prior to the conference – On the online networking portal for pre-event networking and arranging meetings (If Applicable)

 

9.2 At the conference – delegates will receive the attendees list the day before the conference in order to view who else is at the conference, for the purpose of networking and meetings. Your details will automatically be included on this networking portal for fellow delegates to be in contact with you.
